Leave voice notes about foreplay, take baths together and try the ‘pleasure not pressure’ technique: Holly Willoughby launches guide to intimate sexual struggles on her lifestyle website

She launched lifestyle brand Wylde Moon last year.

And Holly Willoughby added a racy guide to the website last week as she detailed the five “most common sexual problems” in a new post.

The intimate move adds fuel to ongoing comparisons between the presenter and Gwyneth Paltrow – who owns a similar lifestyle brand named Goop.

Holly Willoughby has launched a sex advice guide on her lifestyle website… as comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s infamous Goop brand continue

Holly wrote an article for the site on Nov. 10, in which a sexual healing coach named Amy White detailed the biggest issues women face sexually.

The adult-only article referred to low libido, difficulty achieving orgasm, lack of energy, difficulty conveying sexual desires, and pain during intimate moments.

White’s advice includes spending intimate time together by taking a bath with your partner.

She also suggests those who are reluctant to express their needs to express what they like about their bedroom in a voice note or leave a post-it note for their partner.

Those struggling to achieve orgasm are advised to try the “pleasure not pressure” technique, which White advises: “Rule number one is to walk away from the goal of orgasm . Pressure is a huge passion killer, take the focus away from an “end goal” and try to just focus on the fun instead.

The guide is noticeably similar in theme to many articles seen on Gwyneth’s website, Goop, which advertises sex toys and features articles on personal pleasure, sexual health and more.
