The Duke and Duchess of Sussex could officially be on the naughty list. Radar Online confirms that they have been moved to the very bottom of the official Royal Family website following the heartbreaking death of Queen Elizabeth II. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were once somewhere in the middle, but now they’re definitely at the end – most importantly, the pair have been positioned alongside virtual strangers Princess Alexandra and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
The news isn’t all bad, though. At least Meghan and Harry are still there, unlike Prince Michael of Kent and his wife, Marie-Christine, aka Princess Michael. Non-working members of the Royal Family have been cut out completely, suggesting there is still hope for the Sussexes. Naturally, the celebrity couple’s position was initially changed when they left the family in January 2020. Prior to that, they were placed right after the Prince and Princess of Wales.
As Us Weekly reported earlier this year, King Charles intends to ‘shrink’ the monarchy following several high-profile scandals, including Megxit himself and Prince Andrew’s sex abuse case. . With this latest modification to the royal website, it looks like the process has already begun in earnest.
