REPORTS

SEXUAL BATTERY (end), 2022-11070157, 2200 block of Fairfax Drive. At around 3:29 p.m. on November 7, police were dispatched to a late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:00 p.m. on November 5, the victim was walking in the area when the suspect approached her from behind, grabbed her buttocks and ran away. The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, short in stature, with a thin build and dreadlocks. The investigation is ongoing.

FLIGHT, 2022-11070274, block 3100 of Wilson Blvd. At around 11:51 p.m. on November 7, police were dispatched to report a robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect left a store with unpaid merchandise while showing a knife to an employee. Officers located the suspect at the East Falls Church subway station and arrested him without incident. De Von Jones, 29, of Washington DC was arrested and charged with robbery and possession of a concealed weapon.

FLIGHT (late), 2022-11070031, 1600 block of Wilson Blvd. At around 3:18 a.m. on November 7, the police were dispatched to report the suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined that around 2:40 a.m. the six male victims were exiting a convenience store when they were approached by the four suspects, two of whom were brandishing firearms. The suspects stole a wallet and personal property from the victims before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. There are no suspicious descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.
