REPORTS

PROPERTY DESTRUCTION (Series), On October 27, police took 10 more reports in a series of property destructions in which a suspect damaged the windows of parked vehicles with a BB gun. The suspect was later located, taken into custody and charged.

FLIGHT2022-10280019, 3900 block of 4e N. St. At approximately 1:31 a.m. on October 28, police were dispatched to report that a fight had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when she saw the suspect walking behind him. The suspect approached the victim and a physical struggle ensued, during which the suspect punched the victim several times before stealing his mobile phone. The suspect then fled on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with short black hair, approximately 5’7″, wearing a red sweater and dark jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
